Terms of Use

Last updated:

These terms cover using the website at noteloom.qusere.in — the marketing pages, documentation, Playground, and My Notes app. For terms covering the noteloom software itself, see Terms & Conditions.

Open to everyone

This website is free to browse and use, by anyone, from anywhere, with no account and no fee. The Playground and My Notes app are provided as a genuinely useful tool and as a live demonstration of the noteloom library — use them as much as you'd like.

Acceptable use

By using this website, you agree not to:

Content you create here

Anything you write in the Playground or My Notes app is yours. As described in the Privacy Policy, it's stored only in your own browser's local storage — never on a server we operate — so we have no access to it, no ability to recover it if you clear your browser data, and no responsibility for backing it up. If you need a durable copy, export it (JSON, HTML, or plain text) using the "View source" button in the editor toolbar.

Availability & changes

This is a free, independently maintained website. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular feature stays exactly as it is today — content, layout, documentation, and the underlying noteloom version it demonstrates may change at any time, without notice. The site is also designed to keep working offline once loaded (see the offline badge and install prompt), but that depends on your browser's own support for service workers and caching, which we don't control.

No warranty, your responsibility

This website, and everything on it, is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for how you use this site and any content you create with it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including loss of content stored only in your browser, downtime, or any decision made based on information found here. If something goes wrong, that risk sits with you, not us.

This site links out to GitHub, npm, and other third-party services (including Google Analytics). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices — see their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

See also Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for the noteloom software itself.
